1. 端末上で使用する情報
Samathaは、アプリブロック、スクリーンタイム、場所による条件およびドメインフィルターを提供するため、インストール済みアプリの名称・識別情報・アイコン・利用状況、前面アプリと制限判定に必要な画面情報、利用者が設定した制限・日時・曜日・場所・半径・ドメイン、場所条件を有効にした場合の位置情報、権限および機能状態を端末上で使用します。
ユーザー補助をパスワードや入力内容の収集には使用しません。端末上でのみ使用する情報は、次項に記載する場合を除き端末外へ送信しません。
2. 端末外で処理する情報
次の機能を利用した場合、機能提供に必要な範囲で情報を暗号化して送信します。
- ドメインフィルター: 設定したドメイン、動作、機能状態、DNS問い合わせのドメイン名、判定および時刻。
- サービス識別情報: 購入権利の確認、セキュリティおよび不正利用防止に使用する仮名識別子。
- 購入と復元: 商品、購入状態および購入権利の確認・復元に必要な情報。
- 品質改善（任意）: 利用者が協力を選んだ場合に限り、アプリの版、端末・OS・言語・おおよその地域、画面表示や操作の結果、権限・保護機能・制限判定・購入処理の状態、クラッシュおよび応答停止などの限定された利用・障害情報。これらは外部の解析サービスで処理される場合があります。設定はアプリの「プライバシーと診断」から変更できます。
- 地図: 場所を選択する際の選択場所または端末の位置情報、IPアドレス、端末情報、地図操作および障害情報。
- 不具合・要望: 利用者が送信を選んだ本文、種別、送信時刻およびアプリ・Androidの版。不具合には原因調査に必要な限定された診断情報を自動添付し、要望には診断情報を添付しません。
これらの情報は、機能提供、購入の確認・復元、不具合調査、品質改善、セキュリティおよび不正利用防止に使用します。必要な範囲で、決済、地図、解析、ドメインフィルターおよび問い合わせ対応の提供者へ送信します。広告や販売には使用しません。
3. 保存期間と削除
DNS履歴は最大1,000件かつ最長7日間、不具合報告は原則30日間保持します。品質改善情報、クラッシュ情報、購入権利およびサービス状態は、各目的に必要な期間保持します。不要になった情報は削除または匿名化します。削除の依頼は support@samatha.jp で受け付けます。
4. 安全管理
端末外との通信を暗号化し、アクセス制御、保存期間の制限およびログの最小化を行います。

1. Information used on the device
To provide App Block, Screen Time, location conditions and Domain Filter, Samatha uses installed-app names, identifiers, icons and usage; the foreground app and screen information needed to determine whether a restriction applies; restrictions, schedules, weekdays, places, radii and domains configured by the user; location when a location condition is enabled; and permission and feature states on the device.
Accessibility is not used to collect passwords or text you enter. Information used only on the device is not transmitted off the device except as described below.
2. Information processed off the device
When you use the following features, information needed to provide them is transmitted using encrypted connections:
- Domain Filter: configured domains, actions, feature state, and DNS-query domains, decisions and timestamps.
- Service identifiers: pseudonymous identifiers used to verify entitlements, maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Purchases and restoration: product, purchase-state and entitlement information needed to verify and restore purchases.
- Quality improvement (optional): only when you choose to help, limited usage and diagnostic information such as app version, device, OS, language, approximate region, screen and action outcomes, permission, protection, restriction-decision and purchase states, crashes and ANRs. External analytics services may process this information. You can change this choice under Privacy and diagnostics in the app.
- Maps: the selected place or device location, IP address, device information, map interactions and diagnostics when you choose a place.
- Bug reports and feature requests: text and category you choose to submit, submission time, and app and Android versions. Bug reports automatically include limited diagnostic information needed to investigate the cause; feature requests do not include diagnostics.
This information is used to provide features, verify and restore purchases, investigate problems, improve quality, maintain security and prevent abuse. It is transmitted as needed to providers of payment, maps, analytics, Domain Filter and support services. It is not used for advertising or sale.
3. Retention and deletion
DNS history is retained for no more than 1,000 entries and seven days. Problem reports are generally retained for 30 days. Quality-improvement information, crash information, purchase entitlements and service state are retained only as long as needed for their stated purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. Deletion requests are accepted at support@samatha.jp.

Samatha encrypts communication with external services and uses access controls, limited retention and log minimization.
